About Us
Brandy & Partners is an independent residential development consultancy providing strategic advice to SME developers and private clients.
The business is led by Cherelle Brandy, who brings over 15 years’ experience across the residential new build sector.
This includes involvement in a wide range of developments from individual bespoke homes through to multi-million pound city centre apartment schemes and Grade II listed conversions.
Experience spans the full lifecycle of development sales, including early-stage site appraisal, pricing strategy, market positioning and on-site delivery.
Having worked across multiple schemes throughout the Midlands, Brandy & Partners provides commercially grounded, realistic advice tailored to each individual project.
